Numerical Reverser

Part 2: Four Digit Reversal

This trick is similar to the Two Digit Reversal. Your friends might need to have a pencil and paper handy, though.

  1. Pick any four-digit number. For example, 2469.
  2. Reverse the digits. For example, 9642.
  3. Add your original number. For example, 9642 + 2469 = 12111.
  4. If your total is 4 digits, prepend a 0. For example, 1234 becomes 01234, and 9876 becomes 09876.
  5. Enter the first four digits in the space below. For example, if your number is 06571, enter 0657.
